Kaleden Community Fund

Growing our community at the grassroots

The Kaleden Community Fund (KCF) is dedicated to the improvement and long-term viability of the community, including Marron Valley, Twin Lakes and St. Andrews By-The-Lake.

A volunteer fund advisory committee actively works to increase charitable giving and award granting to local worthy causes and projects that address emerging needs and future opportunities in the community.

Established in 2020, the KCF is an affiliated fund of Community Foundation South Okanagan|Similkameen (CFSOS).

About the Fund

One of the goals of the Kaleden Community Fund is to inspire current and alumni residents to give where you live. The Fund will work towards building a robust, permanent unrestricted endowment to benefit our community.

When contributions are made, the funds are invested and the principal is never drawn upon. Rather, a portion of the earnings are used for community improvements and a small portion is reinvested into the endowment to ensure its growth.

A thriving Kaleden
